SCHEDULE OF GENERAL MEETINGS, 2008 - 2009

Throughout the year the HTA has six General meetings which are held in various venues around the Hokianga. They take place in the 'off season' when operators are generally not as busy.

The Annual General Meeting is held in May each year.

Locations, dates and meeting times occasionally have to be changed, but the Secretary sends a Notice of Meeting to all members, along with an Agenda, just prior to the meeting.

The proposed calendar of meetings for this year is below:-

March 19                1.00 pm       Kohukohu              To suit 12.30 Ferry

The date, time and venue for the AGM are yet to be confirmed.

Any person interested in Tourism in the Hokianga is welcome to attend the meetings.
