Our Location:
Koutu Lodge is situated on the south shore of the Hokianga
Harbour. It is 5 minutes drive from Opononi. 4.3 km
from Opononi towards Kaikohe, you turn left into Koutu
Loop Road. You drive for 2.3 km and then you can see
our sign "Koutu Lodge" on the right of the
road. We are as well close to the town of Omapere and
only a short drive to Waipoua Forest.
Our Rooms:
2 bedrooms at Koutu Lodge have en suites and 1 has a
private bath room for your total privacy. Our beds are
all high quality and very comfortable.
2 rooms have their own private entrance, each with
its own deck, to guarantee you absolute privacy at all
times.
Our dining room and lounge have the most spectacular
view of the Hokianga Harbour, right across to the sand
dunes over to the other side of the crystal clear waters
of the Harbour.
Koutu Lodge is purpose built with separate guest lounge,
T.V. and an extensive library of Video's and CD's, also
enjoy a stroll around our park like gardens.
