As you drive through Kohukohu you will get a pleasant surprise- this cafe sells great food and coffee, beer and wine.

 

Kohukohu is on the Twin Coast Discovery Highway, starting at the Hokianga Ferry landing at the Narrows and continuing north through Broadwood, Herekino and Ahipara to Kaitai, and to the tip of the North Island at Cape Reinga.
